Al-Najd Development Forum Completes Distribution of 1,000 Food Parcels to Displaced Families in Gaza in Partnership with MCC

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting displaced and war-affected families in the Gaza Strip, Al-Najd Development Forum, in partnership with the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), has completed the distribution of 1,000 food parcels to displaced families across Gaza, North Gaza, and the Middle Area governorates. This initiative was implemented under the Emergency Food Assistance Project for families affected by the war on Gaza. Ms. Rifqa Al-Hamlawi, Chairperson of Al-Najd Development Forum, affirmed that this assistance comes in response to the severe humanitarian conditions faced by thousands of displaced families. She emphasized that the Forum remains committed to supporting community resilience and alleviating suffering by providing essential needs in cooperation with local and international partners. She added that these humanitarian interventions reflect the Forum’s dedication to assisting the most vulnerable groups and strengthening the resilience of local communities amid the exceptional circumstances facing the Gaza Strip. This distribution is part of the Emergency Food Assistance Project for families affected by the aggression on Gaza, responding to the urgent needs of displaced and affected households and reaffirming the importance of humanitarian action in addressing the ongoing humanitarian crisis
