An awareness workshop for the team participating in supervising the electoral process.

The Al-Najd Development Forum conducted an awareness workshop for the team overseeing the electoral process in Deir al-Balah. The workshop aimed to enhance performance and raise awareness of the responsibilities of the oversight role, thereby contributing to the efficient and transparent conduct of the elections. The workshop addressed several key topics, most notably effective monitoring mechanisms during the electoral process, the conduct expected of observers and the required professional standards, as well as the importance of maintaining privacy and ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the electoral process. The workshop was presented by Mr. Salim al-Hindi and Mr. Nidal Hamdan, who reviewed the main roles and responsibilities of the oversight and monitoring teams and discussed ways to enhance professional performance throughout the various stages of the electoral process. At the conclusion of the workshop, Professor Mohammed Maarouf, the communications officer, explained that this workshop comes within the framework of the Najd Development Forum’s keenness to promote transparency, consolidate the principles of integrity, and ensure that the electoral process proceeds according to the highest professional standards.
