Al-Najd Development Forum conducts an awareness workshop for high school students in Nuseirat on gender-based violence and cyber violence. As part of its ongoing efforts to raise awareness among women and girls about gender-based violence and to promote women's protection, Al-Najd Development Forum conducted an awareness workshop targeting a group of high school students at the Palestinian Student Welfare Association in Nuseirat. The workshop covered comprehensive awareness topics focusing on the concept of gender-based violence, its various forms, including cyber violence and blackmail, and their psychological and social effects. It also addressed prevention and protection mechanisms, safe reporting methods, and the importance of using social media safely. The workshop also emphasized the importance of empowering girls with the knowledge and awareness to protect themselves, boost their self-confidence, navigate the digital world responsibly, and resist any threats or blackmail. At the end of the workshop, hygiene kits were distributed to the participating students, a humanitarian gesture reflecting the forum's commitment to the girls' health and well-being and its support for them in their educational and personal lives.
