The staff of the Al-Najd Development Forum, represented by its Director General, Mr. Khaled Abu Sharikh, extends its warmest congratulations to Ms. Rafqa Al-Hamlawi, Chair of the Forum's Board of Directors, on receiving her diploma in "The Revolution of Change Towards a Better Tomorrow and Achieving the 2030 Agenda" from the Ihsan Center for Strategic and Development Studies in the sisterly Republic of Sudan.
