NDF seeks to improve quality of lives of marginalized vulnerable people in Gaza through the following actions:
- Create positive changes and improve quality of lives of marginalized categories of the community and break the gap for those isolated people to catch up with their community;
- Providing all type of support to the students, graduates and workers;
- Working to develop the Palestinian society and its capabilities;
- Spreading virtues and raising public awareness towards humanitarian, and social rights;
- Activating the role of Palestinian women in the service of society;
- Provide design and coordinate small & medium enterprises as income generation for marginalized Palestinian families.
